Patient Portal
Point and Click is an electronic medical system used by the Student Health and Wellness Center. As a student of Morehouse School of Medicine, Clark Atlanta University or Morehouse College you have access to the online Patient Portal.
On the Patient Portal you may:
- Self-schedule appointments
- Securely message a provider
- Receive lab results
- Update your medical history information
To access the portal, follow the instructions below:
- CLICK HERE to log in.
- Select your Home institution.
- If you have not set up your Point and Click account, click “sign up for an account.”
- Enter your student ID, last name, and date of birth.
- You will then be sent an Activation Key to the email address on file.
- Enter your Activation Key and fill in remaining fields to log in.
- CLICK HERE to log in.
- Enter your Point and Click (PNC) Username and Password
- If you have not setup your Point and Click account, click “Sign up for an account”
- Enter your student ID (PLEASE NOTE: Morehouse students MUST ENTER an “H” before your M number in this preliminary PNC setup. Example if your M number is M1234567 you would enter HM1234567), your date of birth, and last name.
- You will then be sent an Activation Key to the email address on file.
- Enter your Activation Key and fill in remaining fields to log in.
- CLICK HERE to log in.
- Select your Home institution
- Enter your MSM login information.
- You will then be sent an Activation Key to the email address on file.
- Enter your Activation Key and fill in remaining fields to log in.
If you cannot access your account or receive an error message, please fill out the Smartsheet below to report the issue. You will be contacted to ensure resolution.
