Research Interests

Dr. Boyd was involved in ophthalmic research at Emory University where her focus was vision preservation in retinal degenerative disorders. However, since then, her interests have included research surrounding medical education which led to Dr. Boyd’s completion of Harvard Medical School’s Training to Teach in Medicine program in June 2024.
